If you're not 100% happy with your order, your item arrived faulty or damaged in transit please email customerservice@malaartco.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund.

Choose the Right Spot: Decide where you want to hang your picture. The general rule is to place the center of the frame about 57-60 inches from the floor.
Mark the Top: Use a pencil or painter's tape to mark where the top of the frame will sit. The sawtooth hanger on the back of the canvas makes it easier to hang without needing to measure down.
Install the Screw and Plug: Choose a screw and wall plug suitable for your wall type. Place the screw at a 45-degree angle where you want the picture to hang.
Hang and Level: Carefully position the sawtooth hanger over the screw and lower the frame until it snags. Adjust the canvas if necessary to get it straight, using a level app on your phone for accuracy.
Please note that amendments or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed. All of our items are made to order and customised to your selected size, frame, and style preferences. This process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as such, changes or cancellations are not possible after the order is confirmed.
